Courtney: Senior

I got together with Courtney last weekend to take her senior pictures. We had a fun and relaxed portrait session down by the St. Croix River in Stillwater. That is until she changed into her second outfit and it immediately started to rain! Because of the rain the last half of her portrait session had to be postponed. Check back again to see the second part of her session. Courtney and I will also be getting together to do two mini sessions in the fall and winter! I'm not ready for winter to come yet but I can't wait for our snowy winter session. Have a great senior year, Courtney!

Thanks for checking out my blog. Leave a comment let me know what your think of the pictures!

Keli & Wes: Married

Keli and Wes' marriage celebration was on the perfect Wisconsin summer day. After the ceremony they had a fun and relaxing party planned to celebrate with their family and friends. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your day!

Keli and Wes had a small private ceremony. Keli's father officiated the ceremony with a great combination of love and laughter.

The laughter continued on to the portraits. No one can say family portraits aren't fun!

Bridal portraits:

Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your day.

Ryan: Senior

It's been a while since I've blogged but that is only because I've been shooting and editing a lot of photos to share. Keep checking back over the next few weeks for more posts. We took these photos up at the Boomsite on a perfect summer evening! The sun was shining and there was no heat or humidity, great weather for a photoshoot.

Megan : Senior

Megan and I were able to meet up for her senior portraits, in downtown Stillwater, after postponing them for a week because of 90 degree heat and high humidity. This morning was perfect for portraits! Megan brought two friends along to the photoshoot, which created a relaxed atmosphere and they also helped keep all the wardrobe changes organized for us. The girls had a fun day planned for after the photoshoot. I hope you all had a great afternoon.

I just couldn't resist taking a picture of Megan's favorite shoes!

Megan : Senior Sneak Peek

Here is a sneak peek from my session with Megan! The full post will be up tomorrow.

Comments

A number of people have e-mailed me saying they weren't able to leave a comment. This should be fixed now so feel free to leave some comments. I'm still trying to work out some of the kinks.

Eric & Amy: Married

Their wedding day began with Amy getting ready at her parents house close to one of the many gardens we would be taking pictures in.

A few details taken as Amy was getting ready:

Getting ready to take some family photographs:

Eric and Amy chose to see each other prior to the ceremony so I was able to capture a few images of their "first look".

Amy wore the same veil her mother wore at her wedding.

After the ceremony we went back to take some additional pictures in the gardens with just Eric and Amy.

My Favorite Photograph! The image with the veil and old barn in the background took on a vintage look.

Ring shots: Since I'm still getting used to the functions that are available on the blog I would like to test out the survey function. Please vote for your favorite ring shot using the survey in the right hand margin. Each photo is labeled with a letter A-D. The survey will be up until Sunday at 5:00.

Please leave a comment below on what you think about my new blog or the photographs. While I get used to the color settings of the blog some of the images may look too bright on your monitor. The photographs are correct on my monitor and prints.

Thanks for checking out my blog!
